The future of a $6.5 million Fire Department headquarters is in the hands of voters attending the special town meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Town Hall gym. Three of the four articles on the warrant are related to the proposed fire headquarters: One is for the formal appropriation request of $6.5 million, which is the balance of the fire station project; and two are for the acquisition of two parcels to be the location of a 21,000-square-foot fire station, Town Administrator Kevin J. Mizikar said.
